These days, everything is web-based. Those who dont have the skills in Photoshop or any other design softwares are not left behind because this web-based graphic generator can help them to come out with, at least, basic design of some cool so called web2.0 interface. Although I hate to use the term web2.0 here ( I believe lots of people are tired of this term already), but for the past year, shiny shapes and text with some overly done reflection is said to be the main criteria of web2.0 interface. others are big font with big entry field etc etc. haha nonsense.
Anyhow, these are some web-based graphic generators that can be very handy for anyone in case you dont have the real software or the skill to create them from scratch.
Fresh Badge Generator
This badge generator is actually almost similar to my starburst shape tutorial previously. But now I guess the tutorial is useless anyway because you can just you this one. With this tool, you can specify the shape, color, add text with some glow, gloss effect, shadow, glare and some other.
Stripe Generator
Stripe Generator used to be a very popular tools back then, or still is. Well, stripes are famous in some design and I used to fancy them in my previous theme. This generator is a very great tool as almost everything is customizable. No more time to waste to look for the right size to ensure your stripes are continuously repeated in the background. Rounded Corner generator
RoundedCornr.com is a tool for you to create a rounded corner box for you design. Its a good tool because not only they provide the options for the customizable box, they also provide you with the necessary xhtml and css code to be added into your template. Make everything much easier 
Tartan Maker
From the creator of Stripe Generator, this Tartan Maker use the tagline : Still using stripes? haha irony. I dont know since when that this Tartan pattern became/becoming something cool for a web design. To use them as the background is definitely a NO for me. Maybe something else. Stil, its a great tool.
Web2.o Free Button Maker
Button Maker, as its name, make a button for your website ( or anything else) but with a taste of web2.0 style. Meaning, shiny style. Maybe almost like my Fireworks Shiny shapes I posted before. This button maker also allow you to put an icon on your button, make it much nicer.
Web2.0 Logo generator
“This is meant to be a parody of Web 2.0 Logos. While they are pretty cool, they are all kinda the same. It was created as a joke, not a serious logo maker. But feel free to use it to make a logo. 
” – It is just a joke. but I think people are widely using it as it is a very simple tool. Check it out.
What do you guys think? Will this graphic generator limit the creativity of the web design as it will produces a lot of so called graphic designer wannabe with the same style of design? Positively speaking, they are a bunch of good tools for a kickstart.

Do you have a 3 column template version of this one here? If have, are you offering it for free? Do you also design header graphics like the one you use here(guy in red shirt on the top right corner).
