I arrived home safely yesterday, after waiting 4 freaking hours for the bus to arrive. wtf. =/
Tomorrow is Hari Raya.
The guy who works 2 or 3 times in a year has announced on TV that Hari Raya falls on this Saturday, October 12, 2007. Well, its expected of course. Exciting?Yeah maybe. So people, get ready with your last minute raya preparation, decorate your house, prepare duit raya for the kids and take out the cookies from its wrapping and pretend like you bake them 
Kad Raya from Google?
I dont get any kad raya from anyone and I didnt send one to any. But to my surprise, yesterday I got one, from Google.
But after a few checking, it is not from Google ( the logo is just for advertising purposes. clever ) . It is from Enveluv.com, a Malaysian-based team, that offers a service of sending greeting cards or letter to postal address from your web browser, for free. Well, I heard about them before but forgot already. Check out their blog . I dont know where they got my informations. Maybe I registered with them, I am not sure at all. But hey, wait. Now I know! This is the new kind of SPAM! SPAM 2.0! lol just kiddin Thank for the card, though.
Malaysian astronaut is in space. Wait..what?
Well, although many people dont really know that our Sheikh Muszaphar Shukor is not a real astronout but just a Spaceflight Participant, or in short, a space tourist, but I believe we still can be proud of him.
Some people just can accept the fact that the government is wasting the money and some others says it doesn’t matter as long as we can be proud of the fact that there is a Malaysian up there with the team.. I am neutral. But I believe we can work on something better than this.
Built an academy, train more people, give enough and proper experience - then you can send 10 people to space - with the ENGINEER title, not participant. Anyhow, as I said, I am proud of this already. Congrats Malaysia!

This Angkasawan program happened bcos Pak Lah purchased a batch of military jets for our army in exchange to this Angkasawan program, with Russia. We need those jets to fight our mysterious “neighbour” among other things. That’s why kita keluar duit.. for those jets. Bukan for this Angkasawan program.. maybe ade la sejuta dua nk buat event2 in support of this but not the whole mission, I think.
Well sure, SM wasn’t trained for years to be a full-astronaut (which explains why he isn’t the commander in charge) but he’s up there to do a research on some medical related stuff.. n who knows he might find the cure to cancer! So clap to that yo’!
And also, there’s a huuuuge difference between Mawi n SM okay.. Mawi is dumb n unattractive, which is totally the opposite of SM.
And what amused me when I was watching the pelancaran event was that.. Pak Lah got an iPod! Too bad diorg tak mention if it’s an iPod Touch.

WTF ! do you think russian space programme would let people who are not from their country be the commander of the spaceship ? He could go for 20 years of training and i bet that he would still be considered ’space tourist’..
What if he doesn’t come up with anything ? will he pay up that much money that the country spent ? TO be realistic, do you really think that he’s the first person ever in this universe to go out to space to do research.
Even if you hate mawi as much as i do, there is no reason as far as i can see to say he’s dumb and unattrative.
i agree with filstrez… i believe the money could be used for a better cause. If you’re not aware, there are still millions of us malaysian who are extremely poor. C’mon, Sedar la sket status malaysia. Kita bukannya negara yang kaya nak hantar ’space tourist’ ni - banyak lagi rakyat malaysia yang kebulur setiap hari..

Unfortunately, there are no options to printout the sender information, thus, i did include my name in the message text field.
You might want to check it out from your frens or buddies about that..
