Finally I have some free time to concentrate on my next theme. The new thing has started to take shape; although it is far beyond my initial proposal done in graphic software. And that is a good thing actually.
The only thing that keep delaying the process is to choose between two basic interface concepts. I called them ‘open edge’ and ‘close edge’; because I don’t know if theres any specific name for them.
Maybe some of you starting to laugh at me and say; “They are called fixed-width and liquid layout, you stupid!”
No; in my case, both of them are fixed-width layout. Yes, you can do the ‘open edge’ interface with fixed-width, you stupid!
So, until this article is written, I have the ‘open edge’ interface in my sketch but I already code the CSS as an ‘close edge’ interface. I think I would stick will the latter for the time being; if I dont want to change my mind. What do you think?
I am a fan of simple clean boxy layout, so don’t expect any curvy or grungy edge around. yeah 
I might be using less image for headings because I’m in love with Georgia font since I started reading ilovetypography.com. And at the same time, Infomalaya is using the same approach too
This is a small fraction of a sketch I made on paper like one year ago. I decided to use it for the design, but of course I enhanced it first - color and everything - and its all done few weeks ago.
The progress is only 50% on the frontpage and only like 30% for overall theme. Still have lot of thing to do.

I think the open edge would be nice, besides, not many people using it.
Eh, aah, aku mmg minat dengan georgia, juga helvetica dan verdana(sans-serif).

your so called ‘open edge’ is most of the time done by most of the designers using fixed width and your so called ‘close edge’ can also be done using the percentage width (fluid style)
