For the past few weeks, my head had been cramped with different terminologies from different programming languages. I have my Digital system laboratory assignment(which I spent the whole weekend on), Microprocessor’s assembly language practical laboratory test (which is kinda fun actually) and some boring MATLAB programs for an assignment. You sum them up with a bit of CSS and xhtml for website projects, you’ll get a bursting head. Almost.

I think I had the best sleep last night. I decided to sleep early last night - not my usual 3-4am sleeping schedule. Dude, give me some health advices before its too late.
Nerdy stuff asides. I’ve been very very, I mean, very pissed off with this damn UTP internet connection. Its fcking slow, man - sometimes I can’t even get to check my Gmail. My F5 key must be hating me now (read: F5 == refresh).
Slow internal internet connection, very limited wi-fi connectivity, blocked access to cPanel, no media streaming, NO FCKING DOWNLOAD FOR ANYTHING BIGGER THAN 2-fcking-MEGABYTES! thats T-W-O and M-B
Now, who says UTP is cool? Where is the “technology” in its name anyway? Yeah “I should be thankful” bla bla “thats good enough compared to others” bla bla “I should just read books and books only” bla bla.
One of my lecturers has been saying that this university with so called world class facilities is ..well, not world class at all. World class university does not require their students to attend physical lectures, they can do it via video streaming from their room or download the lecture videos later and so on. I don’t need those thing; I just want a decent internet connection to allow me to get connected to whatever I want. Fix that damn system, or create a new one, I don’t care. The lecturer also said : those guys who are managing the system don’t have the knowledge in what they are doing. See, this is not just another stupid ranting from a selfish student perspective, but also an opinion from a very respectful lecturer.
There’s a lot of stupid things in UTP actually.

LOL. there is nothing you can do with a bloody 2mb. maybe download font, subtitle or something?
all universities are the same. the problem is the staff of course. an error takes about 7 working days to be taken care of. what did they do most of the time? sitting back in their office enjoying McD breakfast delivery i think.
uh that reminds me of my university. which sucks big time than yours. which i’m going back to this sunday. wish me luck in surviving. haha.

@izzatz: yah, maybe there should be a rule, where all ipta/s shouldn’t have too much limitation and so on. my friend spent hundreds for celcom broadband, when he tried using it here in tronoh, it still sucks. no point anyway. -_-
saya cadangkan UTP buat ISP sendiri.
it is really super sucks when you have only 2mb download limit — because of that sblm that rule went out, it still sucks -> making people have to *silently* do the iRC thing to enjoy.
things kat sini, you have to use lots of mb downloads to research and view new innovations, even to design web project within each other. plus a cable slot for TV.
